Meet Salvatore

As a young teenager, Salvatore was immersed in real estate learning directly from his family’s real estate ventures. He knew firsthand the concepts of Land Acquisition, Rehabbing, Rental properties, and Vacation Homes. He was fascinated by the many ways Real Estate created wealth. It motivated Salvatore and gave him an incredible work ethic to see the cycles and fruitions of the great 1980s within his own family.
 
Salvatore’s 25+ year career in real estate began with mortgage finance in 1995. His dedication to the industry has been truly remarkable and continues today through his dedication as a local Sarasota REALTOR.
 
Starting off, he quickly rose to be a top mortgage originator in Connecticut and developed a reputation for a personalized approach to his client’s successes. His ability to navigate through the complexities and ever-changing markets never impacted his ability to provide a seamless transaction for his clients. Salvatore took a much deeper approach with his clients than his colleagues did in the mortgage industry. So, in 2007, Salvatore took this passion for being more connected to his clients and started LENDirect Mortgage, Inc.
 
Having a consultative approach, Salvatore’s strategy was to be intimately involved in all aspects of the home buying or selling process. Whether preparing to sell their current home, purchasing their dream home, or buying a vacation home, Salvatore’s clients received an in-depth picture of current market valuations matched with their financial and lifestyle goals. His well-rounded approach provided a high level of confidence and comfort to all his clients.
 
Salvatore’s advocacy for consumers went beyond his company. He served with the CTSMB, CMA, and several NAMB committees. Through those committees, he contributed to much-needed reform that ultimately led to a safer mortgage market and the Dodd-Frank Act being passed in 2010. He’s worked with thousands of homeowners, exceeded $1 billion in production, and continuously ranked in the top 1% Nationally.
 
His national success in mortgage finance paired with his diligent negotiation skills and love for Sarasota’s communities led to his multifaceted career as an expert REALTOR. His strong ties to the community and relationships with his clients are just a few reasons to call Salvatore to buy or sell your next home.
 
Sarasota was Salvatore’s “Happy Place” since the early 2000s. He visited frequently and fell in love with Sarasota’s charm, diverse culture, and beautiful beaches. So in 2017, he decided to make it his full-time home. He enjoys spending free time with family and close friends exploring everything in Sarasota! His favorites include boating the local waters of Sarasota’s keys and the beaches of Lido and Longboat Key. He loves keeping fit by running 5k or 10k and playing tennis at Longboat Key Club. Occasionally, you’ll also see him play golf because he’s drawn to all the scenic courses on Longboat Key.
